Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.visit any page 2.got to about:blank Actual Results: I can still see the old title. Expected Results: I don't want to see any title! blah - what should I write else? ;)
xp apps. Seeing this in current nightly (may have to have used tabs before this can be reproduced, but it's reproduceable with no tabs open).

This ony occurred with 20011029 nightly on Win2K after using tabs. It seems that after using tabs there's an extra frame or something that prevents access to the title bar. If the window has not had tabs, it seems to work as expected. Looks like another bug related to tabbed browsing.

This is the same bug as 110866 (which has a patch proposed for it). The bug is also appearent on any page with no title or a blank title.
