Placeholder bug for potential release.

Patch removes an extra partial we wanted for 33.0, but not for this, to avoid wasting wallclock time.

Not going to ship to general audience, and never built for Fennec. Bug 1089928 for Firefox 33.0.2.

To be clearer, this is on mozilla.org and fully throttled updates, just not going to unthrottle.
