We want to decommission some of the PHP product-details behind the PHP download buttons on mozilla.org. The only page left using a PHP-powered download button is the 404 page (!!!) Let's replace that download button with a simple "Get Firefox" link to /firefox/new/

Since Bug 1080544 has been WONTFIXed, we probably don't need to make this change.
