This is causing test_browser_play_youtube_video to timeout on jenkins:

Steps to reproduce:
- Go to http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/videos/atomicplayboy.webm
- It autoplays, now tap on the video
Expected result:
- Video controls should appear
Actual result:
- Video controls don't appear

We are seeing this on Flame 2.2 with a repro rate of 5/5.
YouTube controls are not accessible when streaming in the browser.
Adding Smoketest keyword.
