Details

The "Get Msgs" button in the toolbar is disabled second time mail is opened.

To reproduce:

  1. Have a browser window open.
  2. Open mail. "Get Msgs" button becomes enabled.
  3. Close mail.
  4. Open mail again. "Get Msgs" button unexpectedly remains disabled.

This is the case whether or not the preference is selected to check mail on
start-up. Reproducible always.

Using Linux trunk build from 2001-11-05.
Oops. I meant to say that the Get Msgs button is disabled, but becomes enabled
once a message is selected.

I should also add that when the Get Msgs button is improperly disabled as
described, File->Get New Messages remains enabled and works.
