Details

The SIM Manager is temporarily shown, along with the rest of the radio related settings, grayed out while the Settings app is waiting on the RIL. Once the RIL responds SIM Manager is removed from the Settings app. Settings should remember whether or not the phone has multiple SIMs and never show the SIM Manager on a single SIM phone.
