  It display wallpaper then display contact headimage in incoming call screen
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  PRECONDITION:
  1.Contact named "WY" has headimage in MS.
  STEP:
  1."WY" call to MS
  2.Check incoming call screen in MS->the wallpaper will flicker a little time then display the headimage of "WY"-->KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  KO:It should display the headimage of "WY".

From user's side, it is strange that he has set a contact photo but it first displays wallpaper then the photo.
