We should investigate ways to make the transition from wallpaper->contact image smoother. One way is to not show the Callscreen until the contact image has been loaded. I suspect that this will make the Callscreen feel sluggish.

This is also difficult technically. The System app controls the Callscreen transition using its AttentionWindow mechanism. It has no awareness of what's going on within the Callscreen. So we would have to devise a mechanism to signal the AttentionWindow to be shown once the Callscreen is ready.
