Can we add a "(learn more)" link next to the opt out checkbox on the account settings page? (See https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/settings while logged in) I'm not sure where the document itself would live... MDN? Or Marketplace itself? Would it need to be translated?
MDN is for developer docs, how do I use API X? SUMO is for support document, how do I do X? This document is really neither of those. How about making it a blog post?

Joni, would this make sense to be on SUMO. A few people suggested my last comment was wrong and SUMO was the right place for it.

Hi Andy, I think we can make this work on SUMO. Although we keep mostly support documents, we can also host "Learn more" articles for end-user features. Although I'd simplify the section about the "Recommender System", if that's okay.
