DEFECT DESCRIPTION:[STK]The phone can not display icon when execute stk command with icon to be displayed.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Load a simcard to the phone which can send STK Command "display text/get inkey/get input/play tone/setup menu/select item/setup idletext/...";
 2. Go to "settings->...->stk",execute "Display Text->STM01009->Self Icon","This message should not be displayed because the icon is in self-explanatory mode and take the precedence on the message" displayed on the screen.--ko;
 the same issue exit with other stk command.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 2. Go to "settings->...->stk",execute "Display Text->STM01009->Self Icon",icon should displayed on the screen but not text->
 "This message should not be displayed because the icon is in self-explanatory mode and take the precedence on the message".
 
 PS: 
 1. The issue also exit on soul 3.5 FF.
 2. Because PICS for icon is support for TMC, this will block protocol test.

ICON DISPLAY is not ready on 2.0m. please reject test case.

Note: Gecko part is ready on 2.1, but Gaia still need to work.
