Email notifications from SUMO regularly get trapped by postini. The emails usually come from:

* [e-mail]
* [e-mail]

Can you check a message from <[e-mail]> and confirm that it's being delivered through Socketlabs as well?

Interestingly enough, my bugmail about this bug wound up in my Spam folder on GMail.  I highly suspect it's related.

Spam Threshold                       2.0000    Scores below the threshold are considered spam.
Postini Spam Score                   0.13325   Range: 0(Spam) - 100(Legitimate)
Spam score is above the threshold?   No        Message is considered spam.

So Postini thinks that's VERY spammy for some reason.  And that's all I can do is report the above three lines, because they don't give us any more insight into it than that.  I could whitelist the sender, but that'll only help for our domain, not globally.  Perhaps Postini doesn't like socketlabs.

support.mozilla.org has been whitelisted on our Postini account.  Since GMail has the same algorithms as Postini we'll likely have this issue again after we complete our transition out of Postini, and I'm not sure if GMail has domain-wide whitelists...

Emails from [e-mail] are still getting trapped by Postini. Can you also add that address to the whitelist?

I have no idea what's causing the issue, but I have never seen these emails being blocked by GMail.
