1090852 - [stage] User cannot sign in after registration using FXA

#STR:

1. Register with the new mozilla Fxa
2. Verify your account.
3. Go to https://marketplace.allizom.org/ 
4. Click on "Sign in" and try to sign in using the new account

#Expected results:
User should be signed in successfully

#Actual results:
Clicking "Sign in" will take you to register a new account.
The user already exists, so I try to log in, but a Server Error is encountered.

This is preventing us to login to MP Stage, so Payments are blocked because I am not able to create and approve new price tier apps. 
This is affecting Bangladesh launch
