Header in Terms of Service should be other color. And the title should be Terms of Service, not ToS.

this will be addressed here bug 1090161. Basically the terms of Service are a remote URL and this should be loaded with a window.open provided by system showing a progress bar while is loaded from net, same UI with the rest of the operating system, same animation, etc...

Be aware that it is fixed in master, it was not uplifted to 1.1 branch (a little late) but the fix will be in 1.1.1 version
