Steps to reproduce:
1. Long press on the Homescreen
2. Select 'Change Wallpaper'

Expected results:
A list with wallpapers should be displayed and user should be able to choose one and save it as a wallpaper

Actual results:
Nothing happens after pressing on Change wallpaper.

No , it wasn't. But I did test other apps and features before this, so it might be related, I'm sorry that I did not save a logcat. The bug is not easy to catch, I noticed this after I logged it.It's an intermittent  issue.

Issue REPROES on flame 2.1 KK devices:
Performed with the other method of changing wallpaper, have observed with both:
1) Open 'Settings' app.
2) Open 'Display' tab
3) Tab display to 'Change Wallpaper'
4) Change wallpaper.
Results: Wallpaper doesn't change on homescreen; settings page holds changed wallpaper in display.
Repro: 1/5

The issue in comment 6 is a separate issue than that in comment 0 and has been rewritten as bug 1097985.  Please see that bug for more information.  

I was unable to reproduce this issue on 2.2 Flame, 2.1 Flame, or 2.0 Flame.
