Description:
with pass code enabled going to lockscreen camera and recording a video and stopping it by tapping home button causes lock screen toggle to stick over the lock screen camera image 

prerequisite: lockscreen with pass code 
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141029040208 
2) Lock phone 
3) Go to lockscreen camera, toggle to video record, and press record 
4) End recording by pressing home button 


Actual:
Lock screen toggle sticks on camera icon


Expected:
Lockscreen toggle does not stick on camera icon

due to how this is reproed I cannont get a log cat at this time 

This issue Does not occurs on flame 2.2 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash) and 2.0 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash)
toggle switch does not stick

to make a correction this issue is a 2.2 only issue,

Tested with Shallow Flash on 319mb using Engineering builds

This bug does NOT repro on Flame kk build: Flame 2.2 KK

Actual Result: The lockscreen slider button remains intact after taking videos from the lockscreen the tapping home button.

seeing as this bug no longer reproduces, and bug 1075389 was fixed yesterday, this seems to be a dupe of bug 1075389
