Connectivity: wifi
SIM used: Movistar SIM
Gaia/device: 2.1/flame


steps to reproduce:
1. Start the purchase of a paid app
2. Sign in using FxA
3. Enter PIN
4. In the credit card page, click on "pay with your phone bill"
5. Click on "change" link next to 'Not your country?' link
6. Try to choose spain from the dropdown list of regions

expected behavior:
Region selection works

actual behavior:
nothing happens on clicking the region dropdown

Hi Krupa, we are aware of this bug and are working toward a fix for you, I will let you know as soon as I have a timescale.  The case where this will present is;

User in unsupported country on wifi
List attempts to populate with the first area being the detected region
Where country is unsupported it is not in the list and list does not populate correctly

I will update as soon as I have more information

Looks like this is a gaia regression. Sorry for all the panic around the bug and thanks for your prompt response.
