Description:
While in the 'Video' app, if you tap the options icon(the ellipsis ...), the options screen will be blank except for the cancel button on the bottom.
   
Prereq:
Have at least one video saved on the device

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141103040202
2) Tap the 'Video' app
3) Select a video to watch
4) Tap the option icon(...) in the upper right corner and observe
  
Actual:
The options screen is blank except for the cancel button on the bottom
  
Expected: 
You should see 3 options: Share, More Info, and Delete, above the cancel button.

This issue did NOT occur in Flame 2.1(319mb)

While in the video app, if you select a video and go to the options, the next screen will have 3 options to select.

I'm looking into this. The blank screen is caused by my HWC changes but I don't know why yet.

Pretty sure this is a dupe of 1092543. With my patch for bug 1092543, I can't reproduce this.
