There are several cases, where I'm not allowed to make a mass-change across
several components, although it would make sense.
- Changing to default owner
  Although each components has a different default owner, each has one.
  This makes sense, e.g. if I want to get rid of a lot of bugs.
- Changing Target Milestone- Most likely others

Enhancements which don't currently have patches on them which are targetted at
2.18 are being retargetted to 2.20 because we're about to freeze for 2.18. 
Consideration will be taken for moving items back to 2.18 on a case-by-case
basis (but is unlikely for enhancements)

Bugzilla 2.20 feature set is now frozen as of 15 Sept 2004.  Anything flagged
enhancement that hasn't already landed is being pushed out.  If this bug is
otherwise ready to land, we'll handle it on a case-by-case basis, please set the
blocking2.20 flag to '?' if you think it qualifies.

sure if it's a dup, anyway, it's the same reason. :-)

I expected to fix this bug a few days/weeks ago, but I'm doing QA testing for
Bugzilla 2.20 these days, so I will fix it in October, probably.

(did not found this here because i was searching for the term "several" instead
of "multiple" since "several" is used in the bugzilla interface, by the way).

this... :-)
