In draft folder saved email with text-attachment when open it comes up with wrong character set

normal text
1. write a email, add an attachment = simple text-file.txt
2. save, close
3. change to folder draft > open email
4. my written text in the email is unreadable
If I delete the attachment = simple text-file.txt and open the email then my written text is now readable. See "normal text"
I have 3 System:
1. Lenovo R500, Win 7 64-bit
2. Hp 17-e119sg, Win 8.1 64-bit
3. FUJITSU SIEMENS, Win XP Prof.
On all Systems the same Problem.
