Consider localizing the "Beta" tag if we use it on the Fx35 Release channel

We decided the Beta tag was okay to not be localized in bug 1076709 but now that we are considering showing the banner and button for all users we should get confirmation that it's okay.

Looking at bug 1076709, it looks like we're using an SVN image for the ribbon. Which means that the string doesn't live in the code (in that case it would be too late for Firefox 35), and we'd need to figure out where to get translations and how to create these images. If I look at this string on mozilla.org, translating "Beta" seems uncommon (in most cases I think it's just transliteration). http://transvision.mozfr.org/string/?entity=mozilla_org/download_button.lang:e5897ccc&repo=mozilla_org Consider also that we don't localize the brand "Beta" inside Firefox on mozilla-beta channel, so people are used to it. In conclusion I don't think it's a problem to show "Beta" for all locales.

OK, thanks. I wanted to make sure it was fine with l10n since the visibility of the Beta tag increased.
