1094865 - Signing in using the Write a review button does not load correctly the write a review page

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open markepltace homepage, make sure you are logged out: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Open the detail page on any app (except one that you have submitted) 
3. Click on the Sign in to Review button.
4. Enter valid log in information and click the Sign in button.

Expected results:
The write a review page opens, there are no layout or display issues.

Actual results:
The write a review page opens but is scrolled down and the user needs to scroll up to see the text field and the stars.

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF36 in Android 4.2.1 Issue can be reproduced in mp-dev and mp-stage.

This appears to only happen in FF36 for me - It looks to be fine on stable 33.0.

Either way this looks to be a platform issue.

The screencast to me seems to just be a screenshot - was it supposed to be a video?
Can you confirm that stable FF33 works for you too?

Yes, it is just a screenshot with the final result.
I could also reproduce the issue intermittently  on FF33 on both dev and stage using the original steps.

This got fixed in the desktop ui refresh.
