"view" video back button reversed

When the language is Arabic and the user is using the "view video" functionality, e.g., when viewing a video attached to an email, the "back" button on the screen showing the video is reversed in violation of the BiDi spec. See attached.

I verified this issue is resolved by the fix for 1102138
