Steps to reproduce:
* Include patch from bug 1092095
* export ANDROID_LOG_TAGS="MPEG4Extractor"
* Run and grep for Seeking
* Seek through existing ranges
Actual results:
Output:
Seeking offset 5355998; 59511088us
This indicates that we are unable to find a key frame before the target seek time.
Expected results:
Offset should be negative to indicate that we've seeked to a key frame ahead of the seek target.
