109640 - Moving a bookmarks folder in the bookmarks menu creates invalid bookmark

1. press the "Bookmarks" button near the "Home" button.
2. drag a folder from one place in the bookmarks to another place in the bookmarks.

The folder is stayed in the same place and there's an empty bookmark with the
name of the folder where you dragged it.

I also experience this using Mozilla/2001110603 on Windows 2000.

Appearently only one of these "empty bookmarks" can exist per folder. Dragging 
a second folder into a folder just replaces the existing empty bookmark that 
keeps its position. Empty bookmarks in other folders are also replaced, i.e. 
all empty bookmarks have the same title.

As I discovered in Bug 136077, moving bookmarks around seems to work properly
until the first time a folder is moved.  From then on until mozilla is
restarted, a bookmark is created with the same name as that first folder.  The
bookmarks will be created in whatever level the reordering is done.  If
bookmarks are attempted to be  moved around in another folder level, additional
invalid entries will be created in that level, too.  The actual reordering won't
take place, though.

This bug main affects the Bookmarks menu not the sidebar. The menu will continue
to add bookmark entries every time a folder is moved.  The sidebar will only
show one invalid entry.  When mozilla is restarted, all the invalid bookmarks
seem to disappear.
