Description:
After the user selects a user to share the loop message link the option "messages" appears in both the default ways to share the link as well as in the "Other" options.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141110001201
2) Launch Loop App
3) Select a Contact
4) On the Share Link menu select Other
5) Observe the Messages option appearing again.

Actual:
Share Loop link "Messages" occurs in both default options as well as "Other" options.

Expected:
It is expected only other options aside from messages will appear in this menu.

This issue DOES occur on the Flame 2.2 KK (319mb) and the Flame 2.0 kk (319mb)

Result: Share Loop link "Messages" occurs in both default options as well as "Other" options.

This Screen has been implemented according to UX design for 1.1 Loop Mobile Client :( 

When clicking "other" we are showing all the applications that can share an URL, it includes third party applications and system apps as E-mail and SMS.

For next 1.1.1 Loop Mobile version, this screen is being redesigned and the SMS and E-mail options will not be offered twice.
