Description:
After two users have successfully connected to each other using the loop app the preview bubble will appear black for several seconds before showing the camera view.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141110001201
2) Launch the Loop App
3) Connect a loop call with another user.
4) After the connecting message has finished observe behaviour of the small camera preview bubble.

Actual:
Preview bubble appears black after being connected to another loop user for several seconds.

Expected:
It is expected that the preview bubble will appear successfully showing the camera view and not a black screen.
