(Porting better semantics from the dupe bug:)
This is a tracker for bugs that block MXR's decommissioning. It doesn't necessarily contain every last little MXR parity feature; that's what the "mxr-parity" whiteboard tag is for.

Can I renom bug 1007293 as blocking the transition? This feature might seem very minor ("you can just scroll back to the line you need"), but the thing is, neither DXR nor MXR have permalinks when it comes to lines of code (because people change the code, and then your #1235 anchor is off by however many lines).
The fact that MXR's blame link gets you one in one click saves me a lot of time when writing futureproof bug comments or IRC replies referencing how/why code (doesn't) work(s). I would be extremely sad (and a lot slower) if I now had to manually compose such links whenever I needed them.

Consider it nominated. :-) Ultimately, though, we're going to do permalinks right within DXR (bug 962108); I see that the real solution. Would that work for you?

Probably, assuming that will genuinely block decommissioning MXR, yeah :-)

No promises, but, at the very least, permalinks will follow soon after.

DXR is no longer available. Searchfox is now replacing it.
