109714 - Cerificate viewer dialog makes Mozilla unusable

The Certificate Viewer dialog opens with only half its normal width, and 
isn't resizable. This hides the OK button and the close button is disabled. 
The dialog is also modal so that it's impossible to use Mozilla without 
closing the dialog. But it's not possible to close the dialog without killing 
Mozilla

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a secure site (eg https://www.verisign.com
2.Right click and select 'View page info'
3.Click the 'Security' tab
4.Click 'View'

Please only include one issue per bug report. I know it may sound silly but each
issue gets a separate report, and now there are two bugs that yours could be
duped to.

The part about the small size of the cert viewer is 108056.
The part about the modality is bug 101378.

Yes, but it's the combination of the two that makes a major problem. I suggest
reopening this bug and making it dependent on both.

Sigh.

->PSM.  But this doesn't make any sense, reporter.  I'm not going to dupe bugs
to their rightful dupes if you are going to keep opening them again.  But why do
we have this bug as open again when it is a dupe of two bugs?  If this is your
philosophy, why not have a bug that says 'Mozilla has bugs' and make it
dependent on every bug...  If you want to track each bug, CC yourself on each or
vote for each.

Since it's enough to fix 108056 to make the summary of this bug false, (i.e,
when the cert viewer is properly sized, it's false that the 'cert viewer makes
mozilla unusable'), it's reasonable to mark this bug as a dupe of bug 108056.
