Feedback from a third party developer: ``` Whenever a user has some remarks sent from the Marketplace interface, We find it hard to deal with due to the fact we cannot track this user's device OS version... Is there an option, if any, to get this piece of a very important information? ``` Users tend to leave negative remarks about functionality not working, but it can be very difficult to know if they're running into an OS version specific or even device specific issue. Not sure we can just give away identifying info, but Newegg.com has a nice system where manufacturers are provided a chance to respond to negative feedback and follow up with the consumer.
