Description:
When trying to create a Firefox Account, the creation page is blank is unresponsive, blocking the user from creating an account.
   
Prereq:
Have an active internet connection

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141107001205
2) Tap 'Settings' app
3) Go into FireFox Accounts page
4) Tap 'Create Account or Sign In" button

Actual:
Takes you to a blank page with an unresponsive 'Next' button on the bottom

Expected: 
Takes you to the Setup page where you can enter an email

This issue does NOT occur on Flame 2.0(319mb) and Flame 2.1(319mb)

When trying to create a new Firefox account, you are brought to a blank page.
