Description:
When user starts a loop call with SHB enabled and then locks the screen, when the device is back on, the loop app will appear over the lockscreen.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141111001201
2) Enable Software Home Button
3) Start Loop app and start a call
4) When call starts, press the power button to lock the phone
5) Press the power button again to unlock the phone
6) Observe Lockscreen
  
Actual:
Loop app appears over lockscreen
  
Expected: 
Loop app appears after unlocking screen

This issue does not occur on Flame 2.0

Removing the regression keyword, as well as updating tracking flags, as this bug only happens with SHB enabled, and 2.0 does not support SHB.

[Blocking Requested - why for this release]:

Nominating this bug to block 2.1. If the user is using a device with SHB, they should not have issues unlocking the phone on the lock screen.

SHB is deprioritized atm, removing the nom.
