Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
Don't forget to hook up color preferences. The ability to change the browser default colors is important to me as I often set my System colors to yellow on black and need the browser to set it to black on white if a web page designer has not specifically specified the font color.
Move to M16 for now ...
