[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1][Message]Cannot add attachments or send the message when the keyborad is activated in new message view.
Attach logcat:logcat.txt.
Attach video:Video.mp4.
Occurrence time:14:15

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch Message.
2.Tap the new message button.
3.Input the phone number and content.
4.Tap the add attachment and send icon.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.The list of add attachment should be shown and  the message can be sent.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.add attachments or send the message, but the keyboard is hidden

Tested with Shallow Flash on 319mb using Engineering builds

This bug repro's on Flame KK builds: Flame 2.1 KK

Actual Results: Attachment button in Messages app and Send buttons can be finiky to the tap. It seems the hit boxes are not centered and that is why sometimes even though the button seems like it should have been tapped, instead it dismisses the keyboard. This would also explain the 7/10 repro rate. If the user taps on the other side of the Attachment or Send button, the correct behavior is displayed.

This bug is about hit detection of 'attachment' and 'send' buttons are not correct when keyboard is invoked, and bug 1033334 is about keyboard doesn't stay invoked after sending a message. These two seem like two different issues to me.

The hit detection issue is also reproducible on 2.2. But on 2.2 the keyboard doesn't retract/minimize if it misses a tap, so it makes this bug less noticeable/annoying.

On 2.0 there is no hit detection issue, but there is only 'send' button above the keyboard on 2.0, so there had been a refactor within this period. I will work on the window within this period.

triage: it can reproduce only when tapping on the edge of the screen. I tried a little bit closer to the center of the icon and it works normally. Shouldn't blocking, but we would love to get it fixed.

This problem is fixed after I turn off "Edge swipe navigation" in Settings, And the list of add attachment can be shown and the message can be sent.
