Steps to reproduce:
0. Download Firefox Nightly: https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/2014-11-12-03-02-02-mozilla-central/firefox-36.0a1.en-US.linux-i686.tar.bz2
1. Run `firefox -p`, create empty profile and start it. A window with two tabs opens.
2. Open new tab and navigate to about:config there.
3. Close browser (Menu / Quit Nightly or Ctrl+Q), run it again with same profile.
4. Press "Restore Previous Session" button on a home page
Actual results:
Endless spinner. Page does not load.
Expected results:
about:config page should appear.
It may be related to E10S, since after disabling E10S in about:preferences I could no longer reproduce the bug.

I expect this will require the same fix as bug 1096081.
