Steps to reproduce:
For some reason, we provide no help for users in customisation mode. If a user doesn't know what a button does, then apparently we're like "Tough! Figure it out! Click it, maybe you lose your profile, maybe you don't, it's a lottery!". That's not good enough. We should provide a tooltip.
In regards to add-ons, we should, if tooltip text isn't provided, default to the add-on description text.
