On my Nexus 4 running 4.4.4, entering Search Activity settings and hitting the ActionBar back button again causes the Settings button to disappear.

On a Galaxy Nexus running 4.3, the Settings button reappears when the screen is touched.

Going back via the hardware back button doesn't exhibit this bug.

This is happening because the search box is focused when we return to the main search activity, but it looks busted because the keyboard is closed. We should either not focus the search box, or make sure the keyboard appears.

Unfocusing the search bar will make the settings button appear, so I this isn't a terrible problem, but it would be good to fix this for polish.
