in bug 1057512 we will be enabling --run-by-dir.  While running this on try server:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/ui/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=0b9c54d904a8

we find that the new test from bug 864250 fails.  The solution is simple as we did for a handful of tests in bug 1092587.
