Win98SE, moz trunk build 2001111303 (sorry, no description in the first post) ;(
Steps to reproduce
1. Choose about plugins from the menu or type about:plugins in the URL bar
Actual result: Only thing displayed is:
Installed plug-ins
Find more information about browser plug-ins at Netscape.com.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Expected result: Being able to see all mime types and extensions supported, as
well as the filename and version of the plugins. It was working before, this is
a regression, but I don't know since when for sure. My guess is approx 1 month ago.
Summary: Choosing about:plugins from the menu → Choosing about:plugins from the menu doesn't give all the info
Could you please list all the dlls you have in your Mozilla Plugins folder? This
could be a dup of bug 108264.

Be sure you have Javascript turned on. Does Tasks -> Tools -> Javascript console
show anything?

1. Yes I have Javascript on, Javascript console displays:
Error: uncaught exception: [Exception... "Component returned failure code:
0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [nsIDOMPlugin.name]" nsresult: "0x80004005
(NS_ERROR_FAILURE)" location: "JS frame ::
jar:resource:///chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/plugins.html :: <TOP_LEVEL>
:: line 95" data: no]
2. Weird, I tried to delete my plugin files one by one to see if things would
sort out, but even after deleting all plugins, It wasn't working. So I restored
the deleted files and tried about:plugins again and this time it *partially
worked, i.e I saw the Flash, Acrobat reader, and Flatland Rover plugins listed.
Then I sae the message about renaming/removing npwmsdrm.dll and after deleting
it I now see all java plugins in addition to the 3 plugins i saw earlier. Still
not all plugins are listed. The strange thing is that I now restored the deleted
npwmsdrm.dll and still see all plugins I saw when I deleted it.
I'm really confused about what's going on. Any ideas?. There's still the
javascript error though...
