When the user enters the homepage of the marketplace app, they will notice multiple category tabs to help the user in their search.  When selecting the categories tab, the user will notice that the tab/text doesn't slide into view.  Instead, the tab/text will still appear partially off screen.  Note that this issue only occurs when reaching the marketplace through the privacy page for the marketplace, which is located in the device information page within the settings app.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141117001201
2) Open the settings app, and select the device information option.
3) Scroll down and tap on privacy, and then select marketplace.
4) Once the marketplace privacy page loads, press the back arrow to reach the actual marketplace page.
5) Press the categories tab located to the far right.
6) Notice the tab/text will fail to slide into view.

This issue does occur on Flame 2.2 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Shallow Flash).

This is being fixed along with a slew of other issues with the nav. Duping to first reported bug on the topic.
