  Can't log out ConnectA2.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1. Log-in ConnectA2 account;
  2. Have no option to log out.--KO

The bug repros on Flame 2.2, 2.1, 2.0 and 2.0 base.  All are on engineering builds with shallow flash.
Actual result: After logging into ConnectA2, there is no way for the user to log out.

  Test country:  China, Spain, France has same behavior
This is a new feature request for ConnectA2. Reporter would like an option to sign-out of app.
