User Story

As a desktop client user I want to be made aware of any issues on the Hello service that makes direct calling or rooms not behave as normal.

As a link clicker I want to be made aware of any issues on the Hello service that makes rooms not behave as normal.

This should cover any issues that make impair the service availability or the availability of some features:
