1101126 - Add "Hello" ToS to Mozilla Legal hub

(1) On the legal hub [1], in the Terms section below Webmaker, please add "Firefox Hello".  

(2) The copy for the Firefox Hello ToS is in the Github Legal Repo [2] in the directory called "WebRTC ToS"

Hi Mika-

Are you saying you'd like to have this live before Nov 26 and it can be live before the official Hello launch since it is already around in Beta?

Hi Jen, it's fine for it to go live before Nov 26.  Just change the date to reflect when it goes live (I think it currently says 11/25).  

If it's not possible to do this by then, I asked the Hello team to continue to support the legal page they have until it's ready on the legal hub.  Once it's ready, they can switch links in the product and remove their legal page (which is not in the format we have for everything else).

Thanks so much Kohei! I see it's live which is great.

The Firefox Hello logo isn't displaying on the Legal and Privacy hubs, when will that show?

Also, I received some edits to the copy which I will update in github.  I'll file a bug when they're ready to be changed in production.
