I recloned all of the repositories on my user repo this morning in prep for figuring out firefox 34 release mechanics. Some of them are now returning inconsistent results from hg web heads, which breaks my tests.
https://hg.mozilla.org/users/bhearsum_mozilla.com/bs/file/8fc6fcbbced3 is one example

I also noticed it with my "br" repository at one point.
(Filed as blocker because we're on a very short timeline for figuring out Firefox 34 release mechanics)
Checking.
Manually synced Ben's repos; they were the only ones affected today. However, lots of retry warnings in /var/log/messages this week for other repos. This specific case is due to the volume of repos changed, but we may be looking at systemic issues again.
