We already have a mozilla tile using sendto.mozilla.org

Pull the net neutrality tile. 

Add this domain issue to the backlog of things that need fixin' - not being able to run both tiles at the same time is not great

One simple hack that we haven't used yet is mzl.la link shortener that we can point to the sento url
