Repro:
1) Full flash v188-1 base image on flame
2) Reflash nick's v188build from: https://drive.google.com/a/mozilla.com/file/d/0ByC1WGFz4NMDZ0RLMFlOY19NQkU/view?usp=sharing
** This should have been built off of bug 1101417
3) launch camera, click video mode
4) Verify cropped regions around viewfinder

Expected:
- full screen layout of video region

ACTUAL:
- cropped layout of video area

Looks like this reproduces on 2.2 pvtbuilds and shallow flash.  so its nothing special to nick's build.  duping this over to bug 1100110 and nominating that for blocking.
