Description:
When user is in landscape orientation then enters into task manager, and opens a non-landscape application, the transition is slow and unsightly.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141121040204
2) Open Contacts then open Gallery app.
3) Activate landscape orientation in Gallery app.
4) Activate card view and open a non-landscape application.
Actual Results:
Opening a portrait-only app while in landscape card view mode causes a poor window transition.
Expected:
Opening a portrait-only app while in landscape card view shows a smooth window transition.

This is a slow transition and is poor UX due to this happening every time a user enters a portrait locked app. This is a new feature for 2.2 so NI Window Management owner for 2.2 Blocking decision.

I've added this to meta bug 1111795 as one of a list of orientation-related task manager bugs we want to get into 2.2

We're locking task-manager/card view orientation in bug 1118390, which removes the possibility of landscape to portrait transition.
