The featured app tile on the home page (feed) should be updated to match the new design spec. This bug includes:

Question for pwalm: the design spec differs from the current implementation in that there is no text besides basic app details shown (currently, it shows some promotional text as well -- the "featuring" language, as it were). We should probably continue to show that text as we do now?
