Currently most of the debugger tests are enabled for e10s opt builds, with a few exceptions. Some of these are due to bug 1093535, others because of miscellaneous issues I ran into when running these tests under e10s. This bug is about fixing these issues so that the remaining debugger tests can be enabled for e10s opt builds. Enabling them for debug builds as well is a separate bug (see bug 1103839).
