Details

we have 3 win7 clients that run out of a different user directory than the other machines. The result is in bug 1081354 a lot of failures occur. these machines are: 017 100 011
To elaborate further, for some reason, on these machines only, Windows is not converting short filenames to long filenames when requested to do so by some logging code that I wrote in Firefox.
