The webpage http://m.hao123.com is not using the standard CSS attribute. They'd need to add 'display: flex;' for elements with 'display: -webkit-box;' attribute. Please see http://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/a-guide-to-flexbox/#flexbox-sass for more information.
